Ms. Rashmi Govindaraj

Ms. Rashmi Govindaraj is a dedicated Bharatanatyam and Carnatic Vocal instructor, known for her disciplined approach, aesthetic sensitivity, and sincere commitment to classical arts education. She has successfully completed her Arangetram, marking a significant milestone in her Bharatanatyam journey and reflecting years of rigorous training, artistic maturity, and stage readiness.

Trained in Bharatanatyam, Ms. Rashmi brings strong foundational technique, rhythmic clarity, and expressive finesse to her teaching. Her instruction emphasises precision in adavus, clarity in abhinaya, and a deep respect for classical grammar, ensuring students develop both technical strength and artistic understanding.

Alongside dance, she is trained in Carnatic Vocal music, which enriches her overall artistic sensibility and enables her to guide students with enhanced musical awareness, laya consciousness, and sahitya understanding—an invaluable asset in classical dance training.
