Vaishali is a passionate Bharatanatyam dancer and teacher whose journey began at the tender age of four under the guidance of Guru Maalika Girish Panicker. With 16 years of rigorous training and dedication, she has captivated audiences with her exquisite dancing skills and profound connection to this classical art form.
Vaishali completed her Arangetram last year at the prestigious Rasika Ranjani Sabha in Chennai, an event graced by esteemed guests of honor, including Leela Samson, Revathy Sankaran, and Kalakshetra teachers. Her performances reflect a perfect blend of grace, discipline, and emotive storytelling, earning her accolades at cultural events, competitions, and prestigious stages across Singapore.
Beyond her artistic pursuits, Vaishali excels academically in Logistics and Supply Chain at Curtin University. Her ability to balance her passion for Bharatanatyam with her academic endeavors demonstrates her remarkable commitment and versatility. Her leadership qualities shine through her tenure as President of her school’s co-curricular arts activity, where she spearheaded numerous cultural events. Notably, she led Indian dance performances twice at the Singapore Youth Festival, showcasing her talent and dedication to promoting the arts.
She continues to expand her knowledge and refine her artistry under the tutelage of Guru Shylu Winston, a renowned exponent of Bharatanatyam. As a teacher, Vaishali’s unwavering commitment to excellence inspires her students to embrace the discipline and beauty of this ancient art form.
