Terms & Conditions
By submitting your registration for any program or class (including but not limited to any trial class) conducted by Sarva Fine Arts, you acknowledge that you have read, understood and agreed to be bound by these terms and conditions.

Register:

Students will only be allowed to attend any program or class upon full payment of all applicable fees.

Registration may be open for programs or classes which have already commenced at the sole discretion of Sarva Fine Arts. Fees will be pro-rated accordingly.

Registrations are not transferrable to any other person.

Fees will be billed term-wise (3 months) for regular students. For students joining mid-term, fees will be prorated.

Withdrawal & Refund:
-
No refund of any fees shall be made for, i) any class missed by a student, whether due to personal reasons, travel, illness, scheduling conflicts, loss of interest, or any other reason whatsoever; ii) Any unused, partially used, or unutilised classes under monthly, term, or annual subscriptions, without exception.

Fees paid under monthly, term, or annual enrolments are committed fees for the reserved class slot and resources, and shall not be refunded, adjusted, credited, carried forward, or transferred, regardless of attendance.

In the event of withdrawal, discontinuation, suspension, or non-attendance by a student for any reason, no refund, credit, or fee adjustment shall be made.

A request for refund may be submitted only in exceptional cases of medical incapacity, supported by certified medical documents issued by a registered medical practitioner. Sarva Fine Arts reserves the absolute right to accept or reject such requests after assessing the circumstances on a case-by-case basis, and its decision shall be final and binding.

Change of mind, change of schedule, relocation, academic commitments, travel, or personal circumstances shall not constitute valid grounds for any refund, credit, or extension.

Deposit fee collected at the time of enrolment shall be refundable only if the student or parent/guardian provides a minimum of one (1) month’s prior written notice of withdrawal, continues attending classes during the notice period, and has fully settled all outstanding fees or dues. Failure to provide the required notice, or early discontinuation of attendance, shall result in the deposit being forfeited in full.

The deposit fee shall not be applied, adjusted, or offset against any monthly, term, or annual fees unless expressly agreed in writing by Sarva Fine Arts, and any eligible refund shall be processed within two (2) weeks after completion of the notice period, subject to internal verification.

Compensation Classes (Goodwill policy):
-
Compensation classes for student absences are optional and not an entitlement. They are offered purely as a gesture of goodwill and at the sole discretion of Sarva Fine Arts.

Students/Parents must use Oclass app to reschedule missed classes at least 2 hours in advance. Absences may be compensated through additional classes scheduled via the Oclass app, either before or after the absence. Any Absence without informing at least 2 hours prior will not be given compensation classes.

The compensation classes must be availed within three (3) months from the date of the missed class. Any unused compensation beyond this period shall automatically lapse.

Students may avail a maximum of four (4) compensation classes per term, regardless of the number of classes missed.

Compensation classes must be taken concurrently while the student is actively enrolled and attending regular classes. It cannot replace, substitute, or be taken in lieu of regular enrolled classes.

Compensation classes cannot be availed once a student has discontinued, paused, or completed the enrolled program, even if the absence occurred during an earlier period of enrolment.

Booking of compensation classes must be done only through the OClass app, subject to class availability and approval.

Sarva Fine Arts reserves the right to decline, reschedule, or limit compensation classes based on class capacity, instructor availability, or operational requirements. No refund or alternative compensation shall be provided in such cases.

Conduct of Students:

Students must diligently follow and observe all rules, guidelines of etiquette, discipline, conduct, attire and procedure set by Sarva Fine Arts from time to time.

Students are required to observe punctuality in attending classes. Late comers without valid reasons may not be permitted to join the class.

Students enrolled in dance curriculum are required to wear the official uniform for all classes within 1 month of joining. All music students are required to attend classes in comfortable traditional wear.

A minimum of ninety percent (90%) attendance in regular classes and stage performances is required for a student to be considered eligible to appear for Grade Examinations or University Examinations. Grade examinations are conducted annually for Levels 1 to 4 and once every one and a half (1.5) years for Levels 5 to 8. Diploma examinations shall follow the respective university’s prescribed schedule. Eligibility, assessment, and advancement to examinations or stage performances shall be determined on an individual basis by the respective instructor. Sarva Fine Arts and the assigned instructor reserve the absolute right to determine whether a student is adequately prepared and eligible to proceed for any examination or performance .

Sarva Fine Arts reserves the right to terminate a student from any program if he/she, in Sarva Fine Arts’s sole opinion, does not show seriousness during class, has discipline problems and/or fails to meet any of the program requirements. There will be no refund of any fees.

Classes:

Sarva Fine Arts reserves the right to change or cancel a scheduled class, or to change the instructor, when necessary.

A cancelled class will be re-scheduled by Sarva Fine Arts. This may be re-scheduled to a different day and/or a different time from when the class was originally scheduled.

Indemnity:
-
Every care will be taken to ensure the wellbeing of the students during class. However, Participation in classes involves inherent risks, and Sarva Fine Arts shall not be liable for any loss, damage, injury, death, penalty, cost, expense and/or any other consequences arising from and/or in connection with any of its classes or programs to the fullest extent as may be permitted under the applicable laws and regulations.

Where a student is unwell but nevertheless chooses to attend class, it is mandatory for the student and/or parent/guardian to inform the instructor in advance, and participation shall be entirely at the student’s own risk.

You agree at all times to indemnify and hold harmless Sarva Fine Arts, its management, members and staff against all losses, liabilities, claims, actions, proceedings, orders, penalties and costs (including legal costs on a full indemnity basis) howsoever arising in connection with these terms and conditions.

Intellectual Property:

All exercises, class sequences and materials taught in class or for performances, remain the property of Sarva Fine Arts. They cannot be taught or performed outside the studio without the prior written approval of Sarva Fine Arts.

Prior approval by Sarva Fine Arts must be granted before any form of recording (photography or video recording) may be taken. All recording (photographs and videos) shall be for personal use only and not for any commercial use.

By enrolling in any program or class conducted by Sarva Fine Arts, the student and/or parent/guardian irrevocably consents to the capture, use, reproduction, and publication of photographs, audio recordings, and video recordings of the student during classes, rehearsals, events, performances, or related activities. Such materials may be used by Sarva Fine Arts without limitation for purposes including but not limited to marketing, publicity, promotional content, social media, website, brochures, advertisements, internal training, and archival records, across all media platforms, whether existing now or in the future. No compensation shall be payable for the use of such materials.

If a student or parent/guardian does not wish for the student to be photographed or recorded, a prior written request must be submitted to Sarva Fine Arts before enrolment or commencement of classes. In the absence of such written notice, consent shall be deemed to have been granted.

Data Protection & Amendments:

You agree that you have read, understood and consent to Sarva Fine Arts collecting, using, disclosing and processing your personal data in the manner set forth in our privacy policy. By attending our classes, courses and/or programs you agree to our collection, use and/or disclosure of your personal data to the extent necessary to process your requests and provide you with our services.

Sarva Fine Arts reserves the right to review and/or amend any term in these terms and conditions from time to time as it deems fit. Any amendments to these terms and conditions will be notified to you in any manner as Sarva Fine Arts may decide two weeks prior to such amendments taking effect.

These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Singapore.
